Msi afterburner on screen display not working

MSI Afterburner stopped working after the last update. I tried everything. Researched, and still doesn't work! I installed rivatuner statistics driver

I don't think that is the issue as i have had msi afterburner open and closed and i'm still not able to get the overlay working.
